Troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common issues.
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Aimbot tracks but the mouse does not move | XenMouse is not open or NETCOM is off. Open XenMouse, enable NETCOM, then use Reconnect XenMouse. |
| Aim over- or under-shoots | Your in-game sensitivity field does not match CS2. Set it to the exact same value. |
| Hold key does nothing | Pick a key CS2 binds to an action (Right Mouse, Shift, Ctrl, E). Random keyboard keys cannot be read across PCs. |
| Triggerbot never fires | Turn it on, keep XenMouse open, and set the mode. In Hold Key mode use Right Mouse. |
| Map radar is blank | It loads when a match starts. Make sure the radar is enabled in the menu. |
| HWID mismatch on login | Your key is bound to another PC. Reset the HWID from your portal via Discord. |
