How fast do I get my key?
Instantly. Your key appears in your portal as soon as checkout is confirmed: usually under a minute.
Do I need extra hardware?
Yes. DMA CS2 reads memory from a second PC or FPGA device and uses a XenMouse to move the mouse. Nothing is injected into the game.
Can I change the HWID later?
Yes. Use Reset HWID in your portal, which opens a Discord ticket. Include your key and the desk resets the bind while the key is still active.
Where do I get support?
The support desk runs on Discord, 24/7. Open a ticket from your portal with your key.
