• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose

Each license is bound to a single device via a hardware identification system (HWID). You may request a HWID reset by contacting our support team. HWID resets are provided at our discretion and may be subject to limitations.

• All payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency
• Prices are displayed in the selected cryptocurrency at the time of purchase
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• We are not responsible for overpayment, underpayment, or failed transactions due to user error
• We do not store payment information on our servers

Due to the digital nature of our Services:

• All sales are final upon key activation
• No refunds will be issued after a license key has been activated
• Unactivated keys may be eligible for refund at our sole discretion
• Chargebacks are not possible with cryptocurrency payments
• If you experience technical issues, contact support for assistance before requesting a refund

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be available
• The Services will be free from errors or bugs
• Game updates will not temporarily disrupt functionality
• The Services will remain undetected by anti-cheat systems

CLACKCHEATS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLACKCHEATS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF GAME ACCOUNTS
• BANS OR SUSPENSIONS FROM GAME PLATFORMS
• LOSS OF DATA
• LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS
• HARDWARE DAMAGE
• ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES

ClackCheats reserves the right to:

• Ban any user for violating these Terms
• Revoke licenses without refund for abusive behavior
• Terminate accounts that share or resell keys
• Blacklist hardware IDs associated with banned accounts

• We may update the Services at any time without prior notice
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance
• We may discontinue any part of the Services at any time

You acknowledge that:

• Game developers frequently update anti-cheat systems
• Detection methods may change without warning
• We do not guarantee permanent undetectability
• Status updates are provided for informational purposes only
• You use the Services at your own risk

All content, code, design, and materials on the ClackCheats website are the property of ClackCheats. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit permission.
